How to commission me.

Where possible I ask for good quality digital photos to be sent to my e-mail address. Preferably the original photo and not a screen shot or off social media as these photos lose their quality. The better the photograph the more realistic the drawing will be.

I understand that some portraits I create are memorials and I will work with poor quality photos where higher quality photos are not available. But please understand I may not be able to capture as much detail if this is the case.

When we are happy with a certain photo I would normally ask for £100 non refundable deposit (the remaining balance due on completion) I will keep you updated with the progress of the portrait sending photos along the way if you wish.

I use quality lightfast coloured pencils and acid free archival paper for all my portraits.
